2013년 8월 6일 12시 ㈜에어코리아(대표이사 이형호:좌)와 호원대학(총장 강희성:우)은 호원 대학 회의실에서 양측 주요 인사가 참석한 가운데  항공관광분야 우수 인재 발굴을 위한 관광과 가족회사 산학협력 체결 협약식을 했다.

이번 협약의 주요 내용은 기업수요 맞춤형 인재 배출을 위한 상호 협력, 현장실습 때 학점 부여,현장실습형 취업프로그램 시행, 고용예약형 가족회사 운영, 상호 발전을 위한 공동 노력 등이다.

 

  이 협약에 따라 호원대학교는 취업 프로그램에 적극 참여 시키기로 하고 프로그램 수여자에게 학점을 부여하기로 했으며, 에어코리아는 취업 프로그램 수료자들이 취업과 연계되도록 노력하기로 했으며  양 기관은 기업이 요구하는 맞춤형 인재 배출 위해 서로 적극 협력하기로 했다.
 
에어코리아는 인천공항, 김포공항을 비롯한 국내외 30여 개 항공사의 여객 서비스 위탁 수행 및 운항관리 지원 업무를 담당하고 있다. 이번 교류 협약은 항공관광 분야의 우수 인재를 발굴하고 양성하여 항공 산업의 발전 및 항공 인력의 원활한 취업을 도모하기 위해 마련됐다.

 

 

Air Korea and Howon University Agree on Industry-University Collaboration

 

 

On August 6, Air Korea and Howon University agreed to launch an industry-university collaboration aimed at cooperatively producing talented individuals who will best fit the company’s specific needs.

 

The agreement adds value to both organizations' cooperative efforts and supports, and covers various field-oriented training programs - such as Career Reservation Program - with the academic and career guidance. Also Howon University will join the employment program and give credits to students who participate in it, and Air Korea will try to offer a job to students who complete the program. Moreover, Air Korea and Howon University agreed to collaborate to produce talented personnel who will best fit the company’s specific needs.

 

Air Korea is in charge of air transport service and flight management support for about 30 airlines at local airports including Incheon International Airport and Gimpo International Airport.

 

This agreement was designed to find and train young talent in order to enhance the development and employment of the aviation industry.
