이명박 대통령은 2013년 1월 17일 2012년도 고용창출 우수기업 관계자들을 청와대 영빈관으로

  초청해 오찬을 함께 한 자리에서 "기업은 바른 길을 가고, 국민은 기업을 아끼고 격려하며 기업

   하기 좋은 나라, 기업하기 좋은 환경을 만들어 가야 많은 일자리를 창출할 수 있다"고 말했다.

 

  이 대통령은 "고용창출 우수기업으로 뽑힌 여러분이야 말로 애국을 하고 있다고 생각한다"면서

   "이 시대에 애국을 실천하는 길은 하나라도 일자리를 만드는 일"이라고 말했다. 이 대통령은

  이어 고용창출 우수기업에 대해 인증패를 수여하고 참석한 기업인들의 경험을 경청했다.

 

  고용창출 우수기업이란 고용노동부가 주관하여 고용창출 기업의 유공자를 격려하고 일자리

  창출에 대한 정부 의지강조로 2010년 처음 선정한 이래 세번째이며 대통령 명의의 고용창출

  우수기업 인증패를 수여한 기업에는 근로감독 3년간 면제, 정책자금 우대, 지방세 세무조사

  유예 등 행정적, 재정적 지원이 제공된다.

 

  에어코리아는 청년취업아카데미, 반듯한 시간제 일자리 및 장애인고용 등 고용창출에 노력

  하며, 건전한 노사문화 정착과 지속적인 일터혁신의 노력으로 고용노동부에서 1000명 이하

  중견기업 고용 창출 우수기업으로 추천하여 선정되었다.

 

 

Air Korea Named among the Top Companies for Job Creation
 

Air Korea was invited to President's luncheon at the Presidential Blue House on January 17th 2013, as one of the excellent job-creating companies of the year 2012.  At the luncheon, President Lee Myung-bak said "Companies should do the right things and people should encourage the companies; Making a business-friendly environment can allow businesses to expand and create jobs."
 
The President continued, "Today, creating new jobs is our nation's number one priority and the most patriotic action.  I consider you who are honored for creating jobs to be patriotic."  President Lee also presented the excellent job-creating companies with certificates and plaques, and listened to the entrepreneurs' experiences.
 
Companies for Job Creation Program is established by the Ministry of Employment and Labor in 2010 to encourage businesses to create high-quality jobs.  The companies recognized for their job creation efforts will receive administrative and financial supports such as 3-year-exemption from supervision of government, tax audit exemption, and preferential treatment in governmental funds. 
 
Air Korea was honored as top job-creating companies in the middle business category for its dedication to build healthy labor-management culture, to promote innovation in the workplace, and to create jobs through hiring disabled people, Youth Employment Academy, and Decent Work program.
