에어코리아는 2012년 9월 18일 4개 정부 부처(고용노동부, 교육과학기술부, 지식경제부, 중소기업청)가 공동 주최하는 “2012년도 인적자원개발 우수기관”으로 인증 받았다.

인적자원개발 우수기관 인증이란 정부가 인적자원개발 우수 사례를 발굴, 공유함으로써 인적자원에 대한 투자 촉진을 통해 기업과 국가 경쟁력을 높이는 제도로서, 인증기관은 4개 부처 공동명의의 인증패와 로고 사용 자격이 3년 간 주어지며, 각 부처의 사업 참여 시 가산점이 부여된다.

에어코리아는 금년 2월 인적자원개발 우수기관 인증심사를 신청, 서류심사와 현장수검을 통하여 효율적인 인사관리 및 현장업무에 적합한 사내 교육 훈련 체계의 우수성을 평가 받았으며, 향후로도 양질의 자원을 확보, 유지하기 위한 인적자원개발과 훈련에 지속적인 노력을 다할 계획이다.

On September 18, 2012, Air Korea was certified as the excellent organization of the year in human resource development by four government ministries and administration, namely the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, and Small and Medium Business Administration.  

Human Resource Development Certification is a scheme to assist the government in discovering and sharing the best cases of human resource development.  It promotes the investment to human resource development and eventually increases company and country competitiveness.  The certified organizations will receive a joint certificate from four government ministries, gain access to a certification logo for three years, and take advantage of government contracts.   

Air Korea applied for human resource development certification last February, and after document review and on-site assessment, Air Korea’s efficient personnel management and outstanding training programs were highly regarded.  Air Korea will keep focusing on human resource development and training in order to ensure quantity and quality of service.
